1.3 Accurate Information: You undertake to provide current, complete, and accurate information during the registration and ordering process. You further agree to promptly update such information to maintain its accuracy and validity.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

2.1 Ownership: All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, product images, descriptions, software, and underlying source code, constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Easy Medy LLP or its authorized licensors.

2.2 Usage Restriction: You acknowledge and agree that you shall not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without obtaining prior written permission from us. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

3.1 Restricted Activities: You agree to refrain from engaging in any of the following activities:

Uploading, posting, or distributing any content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or illegal in nature;
Violating the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any third party;

3.2 Consequences of Violation: Any breach of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use our Platform or Products.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Medy LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Malda, West Bengal, India.
